Phone, email, or FastDirect message the CCLS office ([email protected], 952.955.1419):

  • if your student is missing school for any reason (illness, appointment, vacation, etc.)

  • if your student will be late to school for any reason.

  • if your student will be leaving early from school for any reason.

Email or FastDirect the school nurse if:

  • Student is feeling sick at home for any reason

When messaging it is very important to include:

  • Student Name

  • Grade

  • Reason for student missing school

  • If ill, please include symptoms

  • Parent/Guardian phone number

Please call, email, or FastDirect message the school office when your child will be late or absent from school for the day. It is good to notify their teacher, but important that you notify the front desk as we must monitor school lunch and attendance. Please include the student's name and reason for absence, including any symptoms of illness.

Also, please call the front office BEFORE 2:00 pm with any after school transportation needs as the school day becomes very busy after that time. Thank you!
